Earlier, the police authorities granted protection for which the petitioner in an unhindered manner cultivated and harvested the crops.

The records of the writ petition reflect that a civil suit being TS 298 of 2024 is pending by and between the parties before the learned Civil Judge (Jr.

Divn.), Kakdwip, South 24 Parganas.

Having considered that a civil

court is in seisin of the issues, as such, right, title, interest, possession, occupation of the land/property referred to in the writ petition would be considered by the same court. So far as the police authorities are concerned, they would only interfere if there is any violation of any law and order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21010 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
