that the petitioner is in custody for more than a year and hardly there has been any progress of the trial of the case. Petitioner also claims that the petitioner has document to substantiate that she is an Indian national.

On the other hand, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that there are documents to substantiate that the petitioner is having passport of Bangladesh.

Having considered that the issue which has been canvassed regarding the citizenship of the petitioner is a disputed question of fact and the nature of the offence complained of is such that at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, CRM(M)1575 of 2025 is dismissed.
