Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.
The petitioner alleges that the police authorities have not taken any steps pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner.
It appears from the record that the petitioner has lodged a complaint with the Officerin-Charge of Sagar Police Station dated April 28, 2024. The petitioner states the he is the owner of a plot of land and constructed a building thereon under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Scheme.
The petitioner further states that the private respondent no. 5 is the son of the petitioner. The petitioner alleges that the respondent no. 5 along
with the respondent nos. 6 and 7 have ousted the petitioner from his dwelling house.
The learned Advocate appearing for the private respondents submits that the private respondents have also lodged complaint against the petitioner before the local police station. The report of the Officer-in-Charge of Sagar Police Station dated September 24, 2024, is already on record.
Since a complaint has been lodged by the petitioner before the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station, the 2nd respondent, that is, the Officer-in-Charge, Sagar Police Station, is directed to consider the complaint lodged by the petitioner by a letter dated April 28, 2024 and to take all consequential steps in accordance with law.
The private respondents will also be at liberty to pursue their complaint in the manner known to law.
With the above observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
