dismissed that the petitioner is in custody for more than 91⁄2 months and some of the persons have been released on bail. Petitioner submits that charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court. However, there is no possibility of the case commencing because of other accused persons absconding.
Learned advocate for the State has drawn the attention of the Court to the materials appearing in the case diary. I have considered the statement of the injured witnesses. Having considered that accused persons are absconding and the statement of the injured, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
As such, CRM(M) 1576 of 2025 is dismissed at this stage. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly
