Today also, no one appears on behalf of the respondents.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to serve a notice to the learned Government Pleader and to the concerned advocates representing the respondents informing them that this matter will be appearing in the list on 13th January, 2025.

It is made clear that in the event the respondents remain unrepresented, the matter will be taken up for consideration in their absence.
