It is alleged that the petitioner's application for general transfer is pending consideration before the school authority.

After hearing the parties, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the school to forward the petitioner's application for transfer to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Nadia for consideration in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of communication of this order and the District Inspector of Schools shall thereafter take necessary steps in the matter in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

The petitioner shall be communicated the fate of her application for transfer.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
