The petitioner's application seeking transfer on medical ground of his spouse is pending consideration before the West Bengal Central School Service Commission for a considerable period of time.

In view thereof, without entering into the merits of the said application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent - the Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission - to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application seeking transfer in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The petitioner shall be communicated the fate of the application for transfer.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
