1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner complains of inaction on the part of Krishnaganj Police Station in addressing his complaint dated 14th March, 2022.

3. This Court is of the view that the petitioner may approach before the concerned Magistrate under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and seek remedy in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.
