Petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Saryati Dutta, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. Petitioners intend to appear and surrender before the jurisdictional court in view of the warrant of arrest which is pending. In case the petitioners appear and surrender before the jurisdictional court the learned court will consider his prayer for bail in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 3258 of 2023 is disposed of.
