1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. In view of non-compliance of our order dated 12th September, 2024 and also we have, prima facie, satisfied that the petitioners are not cooperating with the investigation, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
