By filing this application the petitioners sought for quashing of the complaint proceedings being case No.

CS/45480/17 under Section 200 of the Cr. P.C., 1973 pending before the learned 3rd Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta in connection with offences punishable under Sections 406/418/420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and order dated 12th July, 2017 passed by the learned 3rd Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta thereby took cognizance against the petitioners.

The instant case is pertains to year 2017. In spite of pendency of this case since 2017 no-one represented the petitioner on earlier occasion. No accommodation sought for. Sufficient opportunity was given to the petitioner despite of the fact that the petitioner is no more interested to move this

application. It seems the petitioner is no more interested with the instant case.

Accordingly, CRR 2842 of 2017 is,thus, dismissed for default.

Consequently, CRAN 3 of 2018 (Old No.

CRAN 1750 of 2018) is also disposed of.

Interim order, if any, be vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below for information.

Urgent xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocate for the parties on usual undertakings.
