They renew their prayer for bail.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes prayer for bail and submits trial has already commenced. We have considered materials on record. Dying declaration of the deceased implicates the petitioners in the crime.

Trial has already commenced.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
