Supplementary affidavit be filed by the District Inspector of School, Howrah indicating the documents which have not yet been forwarded by the Madrasah Authorities.

Service of the contempt application and the orders of this Court upon Sufi Abdul Momen High Madrasah. Perused the compliance report. It appears that the authority of Sufi Abdul Momen High Madrasah have not supplied the relevant papers required for compliance of the orders of this Court to the District Inspector of School Howrah, despite request.

The madrasah authorities shall be represented on the next date with an explanation as to why they have not furnished the paper.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to

serve copies of the contempt application upon the added alleged contemnor/ respondent by registered post with acknowledgement due and affidavit of service be filed on the next date of hearing.

The Supplementary-affidavit is taken on record. Let the matter appear on 24.09.2021.
