Petitioner has challenged the proceedings being New Township Police Station Case No. 51 dated 10-04-2019. The Investigating Agency on conclusion of investigation submitted the chargesheet on or about 16-11-2022 under Sections 323/327/354/354A/376/384/120B IPC.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the revisional application charge has already been framed before the learned trial court i.e., learned FTC, learned Additional Sessions Judge, Durgapur. Learned advocate has expressed his grievance, which relate to certain faults in the investigational procedure.

Having considered the nature of contentions so advanced, I am of the view that the same do not call for adjudication at the present stage.

Petitioner would be at liberty to canvass such point in course of the trial of the case.

It has also been open that the petitioner is suffering since the year 2019. Accordingly, the learned trial court would fix a schedule consisting of three dates and fix such schedule once in every forty-five days so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the above observations, the present revisional application being CRR 3261 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
