The case diary suggests requirement of custodial interrogation of the petitioners in view of the nature of the incident and the involvement of the petitioners. There are statements under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure implicating the petitioners.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4446 of 2022 is dismissed.
