1. Affidavit of service filed in Court is kept with the record.

2. Deficit Court Fees to be paid by 15.05.2024.

3. The petitioners have been engaged as Prakalpa Sahayaks on purely temporary basis by the Society for Self Employment of Unemployed Youth, West Bengal. The said society functions under the control and management of the West Bengal Swarojgar Corporation Limited.

4. The temporary engagement of the petitioner was liable to be terminated at any point of time and they were disentitled to claim any regular employment with the State or the Corporation.

5. The petitioners only seek release of travelling allowance of Rs.1,000/- per month which they claim to have been entitled to and not paid for various periods. They have made a representation

to the Managing Director of the West Bengal Swarojgar Corporation Limited. The Corporation has not responded till date.

6. In those circumstances, this Court directs the respondent no. 6/the Managing Director, West Bengal Swarojgar Corporation Limited to forthwith consider the representation of the petitioners dated 28th July, 2023 along with charts of claim at Annexure P-9 of the writ petition.

7. The representation dated 28th July, 2023 shall be treated as having been made on behalf of all the petitioners. Let a decision be taken by the respondent no. 6 on the petitioners' claim.

8. If any entitlement is found payable to the petitioners upon due verification of all documents shall be released to them within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.

9. The writ petition is disposed of.

10. There will be no order as to costs.

11. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
