The writ petitioner participated in the process of recruitment to the post of constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces for the year 2022. 2.

In course of medical examination it was found that his haemoglobin percentage was low. The review medical board found the petitioner to be anaemic with low haemoglobin levels to the extent of 11.7 g/dl only.

Counsel for the petitioner would argue that her client has obtained reports from the government medical facilities, thereafter showing higher haemoglobin levels.

It is now well settled that the medical condition of the candidate at the time of examination is what is relevant for the authorities to consider. Any subsequent medical test detected even by a

government hospital cannot come to the aid of the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of without any order.

There will be no order as to costs.
