that the petitioner is in custody for more than four years and has been implicated for alleged offences under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the other hand, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the trial of the case is at the verge of conclusion as on the next date the last witness i.e the investigating officer is fixed on 18.12.2025 In view of the last witness being fixed on 18.12.2025, I direct the prosecution to complete their evidence by 31st January, 2026. Learned trial court would pronounce verdict by 31st March, 2026.

Having considered the belated stage at which the

petitioner has approached this Court, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, CRM(M)1584 of 2025 is dismissed. Memo of Evidence filed by the State be kept with the record.
