He prays for bail. Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes prayer for bail and submits trial is at its fag end. 12 out of 13 witnesses have been examined.

We have considered evidence on record. There are ample evidence implicating the petitioner and co-accuseds. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Trial has substantially progressed and is at its fag end. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date preferably within six months from the
