1. In view of the order passed by Hon'ble Justice Subhra Ghosh in CRR 2505 of 2024 on 16th July, 2024, by which the order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chanchal, Malda on 2nd December, 2023 in GR Case No. 1558 of 2023 has been stayed until further orders, there is no immediate apprehension of arrest of the petitioner, until the CRR is disposed of.

2. Taking into the aforesaid fact, for the time being, we are of the view that this application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable.

3. Liberty to file afresh at the appropriate time.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
