1. A report of service of notice has been submitted by the learned counsel for the State in compliance with the order of this Court and the same be kept with the record.

2. None appears on behalf of the opposite party No.2 in spite of service.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has prayed for restoration of the revisional application which was dismissed for non-representation of the petitioners on the relevant date of hearing.

4. It is submitted that at the relevant point of time the learned counsel for the petitioners was engaged in another Court and could not appear when the matter was called for hearing.

5. Considering all facts and circumstances as well as explanations delineated in the application itself, the prayer for restoration stands allowed.

6. The revisional application being CRR 3697 of 2024 be restored to its original file and number.

7. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 3 of 2025 stands disposed of.

In Re: CRR 3697 of 2024

8. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has prayed for restoration of the interim order which was in existence on the relevant date when the revisional application was dismissed for default.

9. The prayer for restoration of the interim order is considered and allowed.

10. The interim order stands revived and extended till 29th November or until further order, whichever is earlier.

11. Let the matter appear in the combined monthly list of November, 2025.

12. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
