Banerjee) Mr. Anjan Bhattacharya ... for the petitioner Ms. Rupsha Chakraborty ... for the State The petitioner has challenged the order of the District Inspector of Schools on the ground that the petitioner has not furnished the required documents, is wholly incorrect as she furnished all the documents. From one writ application, being WPO 320 of 2020, it has been shown to me by the petitioner, as was directed by this court that in the said petition also she supplied all documents except the appointment letter and here in this petition she has supplied the appointment letter which is at page 37.

Therefore, I set aside the order of the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education) dated 18.02.2021 and I direct the District Inspector of Schools to hear the petitioner and the school within a period of four weeks from date of communication of this order when, I direct the petitioner, to produce all documents in his power and possession. I also direct the school to furnish the records relating to the petitioner as to her

service. If the school fails, presumption will go against the school.

Learned advocate for the State has filed one report in the form of an affidavit affirmed on 21st April, 2023, which is kept on record.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
