It is also submitted that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim as well as medical report which shows anal injury. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
