Liberty is given to the learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner to correct the cause title of the petition. 2.

Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record as well as the medical reports. Victims were admitted in the hospital for one day only. Injuries were caused by hand and lathi. 4.

Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz., 1) Abdul Ali @ Abdulla Bin @ Abdullah Bin, 2) Badal Ali @ Badal Hossain and 3) Miraj Sk. @ Meraj Sekh @ Meraj Sk. be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973 and they shall appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date. 6.
