The petitioner's application for transfer on the ground of distance as well as spouse medical has been pending since November, 2024. The petitioner submits that the application has been forwarded by her to the concerned DI, which is impermissible in law. As per the procedure, the application has to be forwarded with the requisite no objection and declaration by the school authority to the DI.

The application for transfer of the petitioner, which is pending before the school authority has not been forwarded to the concerned DI. The school authority is directed to forward the application along with the requisite certificates and the NOC to the concerned DI within a period of two weeks from the date of service of this order by the petitioner on the school authority.

The suspension of the UTSASHREE portal will not be an impediment for the school or the authorities to consider the application of the petitioner in an offline mode. 4.

With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the petitioner upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
