It is poined out by learned counsel for the petitioner that, in the order dated September 27, 2019, the designation of the Judge, who was directed to dispose of applications filed in connection with Title Suit no. 73 of 2018, was transcribed by mistake as "Civil Judge (Senior Division)", whereas it should have been "Civil Judge (Junior Division)".

Accordingly, let the order passed by this court on September 27, 2019 in C.O. 3479 of 2019 stand corrected to the effect that the expression "Senior Division" appearing in the second line of the second paragraph of the order, shall be read as "Junior Division". Let this order be deemed to be a part of the order dated September 27, 2019.
