Mr. Anand Bhandari Mr. Panthu Rai Ms. Shalini Saha .....For Petitioner It is submitted that an inadvertent error has crept in the order dated 12th September, 2024 wherein in paragraph 12 there is a mention of Section 12 of the West Bengal Municipal Act, 1993 whereas the correct Section should be Section 26 of the West Bengal Municipal Act, 1993. This correction be effected in the order dated 12th September, 2024 and this order forms part of the said order.
