Petitioners apprehend that they may be dispossessed and to that effect information was furnished to the police authorities.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the petitioners are in possession.

In case the petitioners are in possession, it would be the duty of the police authorities to see that they are not in any manner dispossessed without the due process of law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 20964 of 2025 is disposed of.
