Petitioner prays for relaxation of the condition granting bail.

Learned Deputy Solicitor General submits that the petitioner did not provide the address where the petitioner would be residing, to the Investigating Officer in terms of the order granting bail. He points out that the trial is in progress. The Investigating Officer as the last prosecution witness is at the witness box. Petitioner is taking time at the trial.

It appears from Order No. 63 dated March 6, 2025 that, petitioner prayed for time and obtained the same at the trial.

Petitioner also did not comply with the condition of the order granting bail requiring the petitioner to provide the address to the Investigating Officer. 5.

In view of such conduct of the petitioner we are not inclined to relax any condition of the order granting bail.

CRAN 1 of 2025 is dismissed.
