1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Having regard to the materials available in the case diary and the suicide note recovered during the investigation which directly implicates the petitioners in the commission of the alleged offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
