It is the case of the petitioner that against an order dated 12th September, 2018 passed by the Additional District Sub Registrar/respondent No. 4 seizing the deed of conveyance of the petitioner on the ground of the same being forged or tampered non judicial stamp, petitioner has made a representation before the respondent Additional District SubRegistrar and in support of his claim has relied on an unreported decision of this Court dated 14th August, 2018 in the case of Sri Apurba Maji & Ors. - Vs - The State of West Bengal & Ors. (W.P. No. 6513(W) of 2018).

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition being

WPA No. 21271 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 4 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 12th September, 2018 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representatives by taking into consideration of the aforesaid unreported decision of this Court in the case of Sri Apurba Maji (supra) within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
