Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are some incurable defects in the writ petition. Accordingly, the petitioner would not like to press this application and would instead file an appropriate application afresh on the selfsame grounds.

On the prayer of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, this shall not preclude the petitioner from filing an application afresh on the selfsame grounds.
