...for the School Authority Pursuant to our earlier order dated 19th November, 2025, Mr. Ali, learned advocate appearing for the school has placed before us the release order and the last pay certificate of the appellant. Let copies of the same, as produced, be kept on record. The originals have been handed over to Mr. Biswas, learned advocate appearing for the appellant, in Court today. Mr. Ali submits that the service book of the appellant has also been updated and copies of the same along with the appropriate resolution adopted by the managing committee of the school shall be sent to the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) Purba Medinipur within a week from date.

Mr. Biswas, however, submits that the last pay certificate, the service book and other relevant documents need to be countersigned by the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) Purba Medinipur.

Mr. Siddhanta, learned advocate appearing for the State submits, upon instruction, that the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) Purba Medinipur shall countersign the relevant documents and the service book as expeditiously as possible.

Mr. Biswas further submits that due to pendency of the present appeal and as the necessary documents were not handed over, the appellant could not join the school to which she has been transferred.

In view thereof, the time for joining the said school, namely, Birati High School (H.S.) is extended for a period of seven days from date and the appellant shall join the said school as early as possible.

With the above observations and directions, the appeal and the connected application are disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.) (Tapabrata Chakraborty, J.)
