1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner has complained to the Superintendent of Police, Purba Medinipur that one Jamshed Ali Khan, an Officer of Tamluk Police Station has prevented the petitioner from constructing a boundary wall.

3. The petitioner and his wife were threatened by the said Jamshed Ali Khan.

4. The Superintendent of Police, Purba Medinipur shall look into the petitioner's complaint and cause enquiry and pass appropriate orders.

5. Tamluk Police Station submits that there is a title suit pending between the petitioner and the private respondents.

6. Report of the Inspector-in-charge, Tamluk Police Station dated 25th April, 2023 in the form of instructions addressed to the Government Pleader, High Court, Calcutta, is taken on record.

7. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

8. There will be no order as to costs.

9. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
