Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the FIR is a result of a fight between relatives. The present petitioner is not the principal accused.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the case diary and strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He refers to the injury reports of the father and daughter, the daughter being only 13 years old. The father was assaulted with "Hansua" on his arm while the child was assaulted on her head. Both were drowsy when they went to the hospital. The father was admitted and treated for three days.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of local witnesses and the injury reports, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 3171 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
