Mr. Ayan Banerjee, Ms. Debarsree Dhamali, Ms. Riya Ghosh ..for the petitioner This contempt petition is filed in respect of an order passed on 1st May, 2024 in WPA 19550 of 2004. Learned Advocate for the applicants/petitioners submits that in the writ petition a direction was issued upon the State-respondents by this Court to consider the representations of the petitioners. Though notice of hearing is issued by the authorities, but till date, hearing has not yet been concluded.

In view of the above submissions, learned Advocate for the applicants is directed to serve notice upon the alleged contemnors.
