I have heard the submissions made on behalf of the parties and perused the materials placed before this Court.

It appears that the order passed by this Court has been complied with substantially.

There is no willful, deliberate or intentional violation of the order passed by this Court.

In view of the above, there is no requirement to proceed with the contempt application any further. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for further relief, if occasion so arises.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
