1. The petitioner was granted interim bail by an order dated October 8, 2024, primarily on the ground that the chargesheet was not accompanied by the FSL report. Following the ratio of the decision in the case of Idul Mia reported in 2024 SCC OnLine Cal 9109, the petitioner was granted interim bail.

2. We are told that March 19, 2025, is the date fixed for recording of evidence. We, therefore, see that there is very little likelihood of early conclusion of the trial.

3. Learned State counsel, on instruction, tells us that there is no adverse report as regards the compliance by the petitioner of the conditions of the interim bail.

4. In view of the above, we are inclined to confirm the interim bail on the same terms and condition on which the interim bail was granted to the petitioner and we do so.

5. CRM (NDPS) 1349 of 2024 is, accordingly, disposed of. Signed By :
