By this writ petition petitioner has prayed for relief of granting him the work order being the successful bidder in the tender in question.

Considering the document submitted by the learned advocate representing the private respondent that the tender in question has already been cancelled I find no scope of granting any relief in this writ petition being WPA 20939 of 2023 and accordingly the same is dismissed.
