Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. Main grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is against the blocking of its ECL against which petitioner has filed the representation dated 30th August, 2022 being Annexure P-3 to the writ petition and petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of the said representation. Considering the submission of the parties and without going into the merit of the aforesaid representation by this Court, respondents concened are directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 30th August, 2022 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order within six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation and direction, this writ petition being WPA No.21284 of 2022 stands disposed of. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
