1. This writ petition styled as a Public Interest Litigation seeks for a direction upon the respondents to start anti-ragging campaign through social media, print media and electronic media also to constitute a High Power Committee at State level for the purpose of curbing the menace of the ragging in the Colleges and Universities Campuses. If the petitioner has concrete suggestion to be made to the authorities, the petitioner would be free to do so and based on the material which has been placed before this Court, some of which are Press Reports and Regulations of U.G.C., the directions sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted. However, liberty is granted to the writ petitioner to make representation clearly pointing out as to what are the suggestions and if such representation is submitted to the first respondent, the same shall be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

2. With the above observations, the instant writ

petition stands dismissed.
