None appears on behalf of the opposite parties. The instant revisional application is preferred challenging the impugned order dated 12.04.2012 passed by the learned Trial Court where Misc. Appeal is allowed and both parties were directed to maintain status quo in respect of the scheduled properties. The instant matter is running in the list since 2013. There is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the present case. So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present revisional application Accordingly, revisional application being CO/2460/2013 is hereby dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
