1. None appears for the appellant on call. No accommodation is sought for. We have heard learned counsel for the respondent.

2. It reveals from the order sheet that on two earlier occasions i.e. on 01.02.2023 and 23.03.2023, no one appeared on behalf of the appellants. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order and direction passed by the learned Single Bench impugned in this appeal has already been implemented and demolition has been carried on.

3. In the light of the above, nothing survives in this appeal and hence the appeal fails and is hereby dismissed. Consequently, connected applications are also dismissed.
