1. We have heard Mr. Milon Mukherjee, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr. Mukherjee submits that the petitioner is a spiritual guru and he has been falsely implicated over a property matter.

2. Learned counsel for the State in opposing the prayer for anticipatory bail has referred to the case diary, more particularly, the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the de-facto complainant has also opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

4. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature and extent of complicity of the petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence and having regard to the statement of the victim recorded under Section

164 Cr.P.C. read with the medical report, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.
