The application is at Annexure P/4. From the said application it appears that the reply which has been given to the petitioner is "You were not qualified in TET-2014". However, the information sought for appears to be different. Thereafter, the petitioner filed one representation dated 16.12.2021 for considering his candidature which is Annexure P/5.

As the reply to the Right To Information application was not given fully and completely, this representation filed by the petitioner has to be considered by the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education. Presently there is no Secretary, as I am told by the learned advocate for the Board,

therefore, I direct the Deputy Secretary to consider the representation and also hear the petitioner on the date when the representation would be heard and to pass one reasoned and speaking order in respect of the said representation. Such hearing of the petitioner and consideration of the representation has to be made by four weeks from date and the reasoned and speaking order is to be passed by two weeks thereafter and the order is to be communicated to the petitioner.

With this observation, I dispose of the writ application.
