1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the State that proclamation has been issued and published since 22.09.2022 so far as the present petitioner is concerned. The present application for anticipatory bail has been filed on 23.08.2023.

3. Regard being had to such facts, the present application as laid is not maintainable in view of the judicial dictums.

4. The Memo of Evidence as submitted by the IO through learned counsel for the State be taken on record.

5. Accordingly, the application being CRM(A) 3824 of 2023 is dismissed.
