1. Based on instruction in writing from the petitioner, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner does not wish to proceed any further in the present matter.

2. She, however, submits that the withdrawal of this case is without prejudice to the liberty which the petitioner obtained in the order dated 20.04.2015 in RVW No.101 of 2014.
