Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is the owner of a property in question. The private respondents are rank outsiders who are disturbing the peaceful possession of the petitioner. They have been threatening and intimidating the petitioner. This was brought to the notice of the police, but no help was rendered. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the report and submits as follows. The petitioner has already filed an application under Section 144 of the Code. On the complaint of the petitioner, the police authorities have also initiated a proceeding under Section 107 of the Code.

It appears that the police have already acted on a complaint of the petitioner by initiating a proceeding under Section 107 of the Code.

Let the respondent police authorities keep a sharp vigil at the locale and ensure that no breach of peace takes place and no order of a civil Court is violated.
