This appeal filed in 2009 is still pending for admission. It appears from orders dated 23.12.2009 that this court gave direction to the appellant to remove the defects. The appellant has not filed any Section 5 application till date. None appears for the appellant even today on call to move this application. The appellant is no longer interested to proceed with the appeal.

Accordingly, this appeal is not admitted and dismissed. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for information.
