In view of the above, nothing further survives in this contempt proceeding.

The petitioner shall be liberty to take steps in accordance with law, if so advised, to execute the said order dated May 22, 2026 in accordance with law, since an unauthorized construction has been detected.

With the above observations, this contempt proceeding CPAN 1531 of 2025 stands dropped and closed.

The application CPAN 1531 of 2025 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
